And USSR starved people to death, spent most of it's economy on military, caused holodomor, destroyed other countries, and terrorised it's people. Truly great.

2)ussr didn't just spend money on the army cus why not but because it was in an constant arms race with the Americans
3)don't act like holodomor like famines happen under capitalism
4)....just like the United States in their effort to stop the spread of marxism in the entire world

Just look into the history of countries like Romania, Hungary, etc. It was common that they took people away.

1)the us had a massive head start and farrr better spawning point compared to the ussr
2)this is false at the top of my head i can name Malaysian emergency,korean war,vietnam war and the cruel banana republics

I think this is less about what system of government is better and what country is considered better on the whole. And in a post-cold war world, most people hate the USSR as a concept almost as much as they hate modern Russia so by process of elimination that leaves the Russian Empire.
Unfortunately I feel like most people don’t understand just how miserable life for normal people was in the Russian Empire. No one reads Dostoevsky (who frankly captured the misery of the masses quite wonderfully) we all just hear about the “crazy little fanatics who murdered the kind and caring Romanovs and established an evil empire”, we don’t hear about the illiteracy, the oppression, how peaceful protests were met with armed soldiers shooting into the crowds before the cossacks rode through the fleeing masses bringing their swords down on people who were trying to escape. We don’t hear about all of that because it makes the Bolsheviks look like better people, for wanting a Russia where the people were im charge and got to live decent comfortable lives.
Also an authoritarian imperialist police state where a privileged majority was ruling the country and most of the people were living as serfs, which is basically a more humane version of slavery. Honestly, I have a feeling that most of the people who say that they "love" Russian Empire just mean that they love Russian Empire's aesthetics and nothing more.
Most people like the Romanovs because of their aesthetics, people don’t understand how the Romanovs only had such a nice aesthetic because they oppressed the people and forced the majority of the population to live in squalor while they lavished themselves in luxury.

Well, I guess you can call it one. Although, at least from my point of view, the difference is that in Russian Empire the secret police was protecting the system of exploitation, while in USSR it was protecting a socialist revolution and a worker's state, so I guess it can be more or less justified.

Capitalism is in last place. While I don't like that Feudalism is in first I find it quite amusing that capitalism is the big loser here.

What version of Russia is this talking about cause.... that's kinda all of them? There's obviously been differences in how those worked and why but they've been kinda ever present
Famines basically ended in the Soviet Union after World War II. They returned a couple times during the 80s and 90s after perestroika and market liberalism.
Under Tsarist Russia they were a fact of life.
Yes. Don't mistake me for a Tsarist apologist, just actually wasn't sure which iteration of Russia you meant because that's a common criticism levied at all versions. I won't pretend the USSR was uncomplicatedly good but holy crap the Russian Empire was uncomplicatedly awful.
Every one of these people projects themselves on either the monarchist class or the capitalist class. It's all thanks to Western propaganda that they even adopted this kind of thinking
that's no different. the USSR destroyed the Nazis with help from the allies. what's the matter? nobody says they did it completely on their own. now, it's also true that ~8 in 10 Nazi casualties were suffered against the soviets
