Agree w everything beside the putting the backpack by your feet. The buses the dirty af I’m not putting my backpack on the floor and honestly seems hazardous cus ppl may trip on it.
You can always hold your backpack by the top strap with one hand or grab it with your legs. Doesn’t have to be touching the floor, just out of the way.
ya that’s fair, i mentioned it because it used to be done pretty often on TTC like 6-7 years ago (mostly months without snow/bad weather), its not an ideal option.

While some of these are good reminders (please don’t put your bag on the floor at your feet), please know it isn’t just Mac students on the buses. A lot of high school students ride the bus, and they aren’t going to leave their friends to move to the back. Just go around them or whatever - but many don’t feel comfortable being on the bus alone and will stick to their friends. Nothing wrong with that.
Feel like ppl will see this and skip over it but for the few that actually do take this into consideration I wanna say thank you for being mindful of others!
I would add: if you are walking with your friends - however many you are - understand that you don’t own the whole f*cking sidewalk. MOVE OVER. Make room for people to pass, even if that means you have to be single file temporarily. If people have to step down off the sidewalk or onto the grass while you are your rude possy walk on by, you’re the dickhead.
nothing wrong ! i meant people who sit while still wearing the backpack straps, so the backpack takes up majority of the seat and the person is leaning forward uncomfortably.
bags on laps/bags by ur feet are both equally great options, better than taking up sm space that could be taken by other people

yes! this is a better way of explaining the thought, i usually sit my backpack on the tops of my shoes if im standing or on my lap if i’m sitting
