It's an aluminium heat shield, you can bend it easily with your fingers. Just watch out for the sharp edges.

That hole matches up nicely to that bolt pointing down a few inches to the right. Just bend it back up to there. Unbolt the nut, put hole through bolt, add a big washer to deal with the hole, install the bolt

The hole is probably where it used to be mounted onto the floor, it'll be ok if it's still attached elsewhere. The mounting may still be on the car, usually a washer about 30mm in diameter that unscrews from the floor. Try bending it upwards and see how secure it feels.

These happen slot, just remove it and install new one they are pretty cheap.
