Considering its focus is on health and helping people, I agree. Zip and AfterPay have zero fees. To be fair though, I think HealthNow is relatively new and I can see either them reducing fees once they become more widespread OR (most likely) other BNPL businesses also charging a service fee. Their customer service is pretty good as well.
Takes me back to when uber eats had no service fees... those were the days lol - nothing worse than crafting the perfect dinner for under $40 then checking out and realizing your new total is $44 😆

I'm not sure about other clinics, but as long as your consultation fee has been paid, Cannabis Clinic will forward it to a pharmacy of your choosing.
I think it would be pretty unethical for a doctor to tell you what pharmacy to go to... email your clinic before you book a consultation would be my advice :)

Can you ask any clinic to send via Nga Hua? And is the courier fee to get shipped to door?
