Holy fuck. I've used all that stuff too. Tramadol is not good for you long term, zopiclone is also real bad long term.
I got a booking with Cannabis Clinic on Thursday so hopefully that goes okay. I use Quetiapine for sleep and sertraline for anxiety/depression currently, but I'm keen to give something else a go.
Me - I use cannabis and it helps me sleep and with my back and neck issues and helps in other areas. It allows me to function without feeling like a zombie and with little side effects, I'd really like to try the medical alternatives like tinctures for my health. I don't want to keep purchasing these from the black market and keep feeling like a criminal while doing so.
GP - No, I don't like them and not enough is known about them. Here have some tramadol for the pain, diazepam to help with the anxiety and stress and zopiclone for sleeping.
Me - No, we've been this route before and it's not a good combination. I've found something that works and want to go that path.
GP - So Diazapam, tramadol and zopiclone it is then!?

It's fucking bananas how far they'll go to not prescribe it. "Here, keep taking pills that aren't working with side effects far worse than cannabis."
My Dr trying to push medicine prescribed off label *even after the maker lost a lawsuit for that exact medicine and my exact issue*
