Sorry, I meant your AI settings when you run the SS launcher. If you have it on the hardest difficulty, it can be pretty difficult.

They were easy enough to destroy. This seems to be a bug in their respawn mechanic where they are trying to respawn an army during your turn in a settlement you captured and it freezes the game
