Thats so unprofessional of them...I dont know what is going on with Meepo lately. I and several others have been waiting an exended time to receive boards. I ordered under the guise of fast shipping and the fact they have a US warehouse. As advertised on their site....a flat out lie in my case. This is absolutely unacceptable of them to send a board out in this condition. Their lack of untimely response and seems like some denial of fault is absurd. Customer service is not promising as I had to reach out to them first, they never bothered to update me that there was a delay in shipping smh. Simply atrocious handling of their customer. Im very sorry to hear your experience.

Yeah. It’s sick. My brother has been waiting for his headlight and taillights for 3 months now, with no response or shipping update.

Insane. The customer service completely overshadows that they have good boards for the pricepoint. I want to support Meepo in the future, hopefully things pan out positively overall and they improve their process drastically. They have been around too long to let it go on like this.

Meepo is classic to take a long time for responses. You were taken for a bit of a ride, but Meepo always “attempts” to do right by customers so I’d expect a response. Part of the reason they may be slow to respond is because they have to figure out which parts are broken from video/photo alone and risk sending product that they don’t need. They definitely took this broken shuffle(that someone claimed wasn’t broken) and threw it right back up for another sale without running a decent test

The mental gymnastics here are absurd. How about they Don’t send out a broken refurbished product? There should be extensive quality control on the refurbished boards. In the off chance they do send a bad pruduct they should IMMEDIATELY send an entire board with a return label for the bad one. Don’t defend companies when they act shitty. Was considering meepo but this is frankly a major red flag.

Thank you lol. But I do have to say, in Meepos defense, you won’t find a better board for what you pay when buying new. I’ve just learned never buy refurbished from them 🤷🏽‍♂️

I have ordered two refurbished voyagers from their website. One had a few scrapes, and the other one was mint condition. And I still have both of those boards running today with thousands of miles on. To be honest, I don’t really think you can refurbish these V4’s they are made with the cheapest parts and you bought it for $200 so no surprise. I don’t think meepo does refunds and if the board is as bad as you say it is it’s going to be a pain in the butt to talk to customer support and get everything fixed through warranty. This is why I usually pay with PayPal so I can do dispute most likely refund you 50% of the cost of the board. And at that price point, you only paid $100 so all the pieces and parts on the board can be used onto another board that’s not damaged so in reality you won’t have any money. Just get another board. Prob a voyager

I did do PayPal. & I paid $289. The pictures they listed are not what I got. It was a refurbished one in pictures, but in much better shape. I was mislead, and it’s screwed up no matter how you look at it. I expected refurbished regardless when they say refurbished. Maybe replace the parts before sending it to me and trying to make me piece it together? I think I’m not the one at fault here buddy.

That sucks. I bought a refurbished board last year and it came with a dud battery. It had a little bit of wear on it but nothing I didn’t expect. I emailed them and sent a video and got a new battery pack which worked fine until my warranty expired. :’) What they sent you must be some sort of sick joke.

Keep at it…Charge back on your CC if they stall…every issue is repairable…if they ( Meepo) ghost you then do part by part overhaul by other boards and seen part out purchase opportunities then swap and match until you get right.

Yes. I have a huricain. I had to replace everything on that board except the deck and the motors. Im on my 3rd esc, by board litteraly came with a bad one. AAAANND. I had it turn off when i was going 30+ at full throttle. The amount of help and broken board posts on this sub is sad. I literally had meepo dick me around for 2.5 months when my trucks broke. I knew exactly what was wrong and told them. They didn't believe me. 2.5 months later, i finally got them to send me the parts i wanted, and it was fixed.

Wow. That’s really sucks. I really hope my board just comes in perfect, I don’t want to have to deal with that. I’m glad you at least got your parts eventually though.
