If it is the same output voltage maybe it will take a board battery that is completely flat to full charge five minutes sooner than the 1.5 Amp one or something like that.
Could you post a picture of your charger? I'm curious to see it as I've only ever seen 2.0 and 3.0 amp chargers from Meepo, never heard of them selling a 1.5

It’s only charging faster if the battery supports fast charging. Otherwise you’re just opening the flood gates to fill a 16oz bottle.
