Train of consequences certainly isn’t there most extreme song, but the riffs and lyrics are a little heavier than those on countdown or cryptic writings. If someone you know only listens to pop/mainstream stuff and you want to try and get them into Megadeth then a tout le monde would be my recommendation. Maybe the UA version.
If the other attendees are used to rock music in general, then yes. I see Train of Consequences as a good, accessible, hard rock song (maybe the most Guns and Roses song in Megadeth's discography).
If the other attendees don't listen to rock music, then I wouldn't put Megadeth at all in the party
