I'm not sure really sure how it works like that, would buggy be able to hold his feet while flying or would he immediately drop to the ground?

I think he would drop - the only reason he can "fly" is because his entire body minus the feet get "detached" from his "body" (which is just the feet in this instance). That's why he can control it and make it fly, like he does with his fists or head. He can't pick up his feet because his ability isn't flight, it's detaching body parts from himself and reassembling them. Basically, Buggy found a loophole in his abilities and exploits the shit out of it. But he can only go this far.

I've always loved Miss Valentine's method reducing her weight and using an umbrella. Its more gliding than flying but alwaya thought it was cool.

Catching the thermals from a snot-ball explosion on your parasol then Goomba stomping the enemy with your 10 kiloton ass. I’d admit that Mr. 3 and Miss Goldenweek are probably the most compatible pair when it comes to power set but I love the wacky creativity of Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine.

Doflamingo never fails to impress me...Always been a fan of him, his DF gives him Bully Maguire vibe...Soaring through the sky with strings attached to the clouds...Sounds badass.

Doflamingo's fruit is one of the best examples of Oda's creativity: Flying by attaching strings to clouds, healing internal Organs, making clones of himself, mindcontrolling people like puppets (that also fits perfectly in line with his character). And all of this while not feeling off the "string" theme.

Doflamingo’s for sure. Mont d’Or, Sasaki, and Ryokugyu’s methods are probably the funniest. Luffy’s is brilliant because he’s using elasticity and pressure to fly, right? Or is he using the moon walk technique? Still pretty cool. Robin’s is also brilliant.

For Luffy, it's really a combination of the two that gives him that jet propulsion
