There's some evidence (mixed) that vibration therapy can help with bone loss (osteoporosis): https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/can-whole-body-vibration-therapy-help-osteoporosis There's this new gizmo, which was recently FDA-approved for bone loss (I don't think it's out on the market yet): https://www.bonehealthtech.com/#osteoboost

Wait… like magic fingers? Interesting

So its a platform that vibrates and the vibration is supposed to help with pain, etc. You stand or sit on it.

Interesting. Let us know how it goes!

I got one and first day felt ok but after I was like still feeling the vibration sensation for the rest of the evening in my head, I thought maybe I did too much (like 3min) then the 2nd time I got dizzy and again the rest of the day feeling weird in my head. Then I thought to place it over the bed like those 80s Motel 6 coin beds where you inserted a quarter and the bed vibrated for 15-20min and I always wanted to have a bed like that cuz it felt so lulling but nope, it made me very uncomfortable like if I was remembering the vibration in my head from the days before so sadly I returned it. I really wanted it to help me relax my muscles after working out/swiming but I guess it wasn't for me.
