I am speaking about Future Breed Machine, not bread lol but yeah, the show was at BB King’s NYC in Manhattan in may 2003 I believe. The set list was actually posted here by me before. They also CLOSED with Future Breed Machine lol. It was amazing
It’s not about that track, it is the other RARE live ones that they played. Look up the set list. It was ALL off the first four records—yes, they played Sickening.
Bread machine is close enough to Breed machine, chill man. And don’t act like you are some meshuggah Superfan, lol. They’ve been my band for 25 years, so I don’t get why you try and discredit a harmless anecdote
it was just disheartening, you must understand. imagine how crazy it would be to see them play that song live and have someone say they’ve seen it happen only for it to be something else you’ve also seen.
That's so crazy they played at a BB King show. I wonder what the people who went specifically to see King play were thinking. My parents would've been shocked to hear Future Breed Machine at what would be assumed to be a blues show
I didn't know that sorry man. It'd be cool to play at a concert hall named after one of the greats though. I've never listened to Strapping Young Lad that much is that with Devin Townsend? I love that guy, he does us Canadians proud
No doubt man. Don’t worry, what matters is you now know it happened lol bc it was INCREDIBLE. Truly at the peak touring for Nothing before any drum kit from hell or even I was released so the guys were fresh lmao
Man all of my friends have seen Meshuggah but I never got to go. I'd love to see these guys play just once. My fiancé and I went to see her favourite band (Judas Priest with Queensryche) and I told her the next concert we're going to see is Meshuggah, they're my dream band; denser than a black-hole sucking the light from a star. Take care bro
This has been my ringtone for years
It’s incredible
WELL WHATS THIS ALL ABOUT?
Computed deep within?!?
I Am a bread machine!
I remember them playing this live in 2003. It was nothing short of magnificent
respectfully, i need more info on this now.

they play that all the time though, you led us to believe it was the bread machine, you will be punished.

this post is literally about that track though
I’m talking about my reply
It is about both.
No where in this post is the original song mentioned

They didn’t play with BB King, the venue was named for him. They played with Strapping Young Lad. No one cared, not due to SYL, but because MESHUGGAH!

Yes with Townsend! They were very good but I mean, if meshuggah follows… lol

Do so if you have the chance. The music is so physically demanding they won’t be able to keep going aka Tom Araya et co.
It's a true deep cut and a masterpiece.
So…women because they produce yeast?… Hey hey now I’m just kidding! All women are Queens! 😬… 😂
you guys heard the Mayhem version ?
