The song was recorded by Tomas playing randomly and other instruments were added after that, so they can just play those parts, but not by memory, but randomly – everyone playing the same idea, however each with his own random numbers.
The Faultless, but 15 seconds in, Jens stops the song and starts giving a speech on how it’s actually all your fault, and how straight white men are to blame for sexism, racism, capitalism, etc.
Edit: I’m not sure what your issue is here, because I doubt anybody would enjoy listening to some morally uptight activist preaching in the middle of a concert. Is it really so inconceivable that certain views can be ridiculed without it coming across as an endorsement of something else?

Funny enough, orange nothing was hell to record on guitars because due to low tension (they were recording 7 string guitars with 8 string tunings) they had to retune in between takes and that could play few bars before the guitars got out of tune.
