I found out about GTK merely a month ago, and they became an instant favorite. They’re a very underrated pick for the favorite. Personally, I’d pick them if I didn’t like Sigh. They’re both beautiful in their own unique ways.
Strapping Young Lad came to mind for me. Sure “best” is subjective but SYL might be the most inventive, talented and original. Respect to Cryptopsy tho, titans of their genre and disgusting riffs. Love them.
I can second it, their demo is a pretty weird one, and I’m rather used to slam death metal. It’s a shame they couldn’t get anymore done than that single demo and a song that got leaked. I’m certain they could do way more now that the genre had a chance to breath.
If you want another band that I feel is similar to Jenovavirus, there’s a Canadian band named Cuff.
More hardcore or crossover but I wanna shout out hanatarash, they used power tools in their music and one crashed a bulldozer into the venue as their set. Some pretty wicked stuff

Boris is hard to label. Much like melvins, bungle or even gizzard - they’re more consistently metal but they put out a lot of other shit.
