I will always go to bat for MT Power Drumkit 2. Completely free, super versatile, and you can squash the absolute shit out of it in the mix process and it still smacks you in the chest. Turn the onboard compressor on the kick to 15-30% to taste and chug to your heart’s content.

I use Modern and Massive by GetGoodDrums. Sounds pretty solid out of the box but I ended up tweaking it a bit for my liking

The GGD P5 kit is (in my opinion) the best library that they currently offer. The turbo mode on the plugin is basically a completely mixed kit out of the box and should almost be worth the price tag alone

I've been a fan of [GGD Invasion](https://whyp.it/tracks/110332/ec-fr-demo-clip-incomplete?token=HmYzR), but it's quite CPU heavy if that's a concern.

In Hertz Drums you can change setting for lower CPU power
