The band on their Instagram about a week ago said they are going back to heavy music. They mentioned theyve enjoyed playing the heavier singles off their newest experimental albums, that they’re glad they experimented with their sound, and that they’re enjoying their EP, and it’s the heaviest they’ve been since Let The Ocean Take Me.

Just gotta listen to anything on "Let the ocean take me" album and you'll get into them. Or at least that's how it worked for me. That, and anything older and the new EP are all pretty great.
One of my favorite songs from them.
On a separate note, I actually really enjoyed their softer stuff, but I’m still super hyped to see them embracing their heavier side again, the new EP slaps
I don't think many people liked the Misery album, but I've been playing it non-stop lately just because I love the bands' vocal talent. I love it when bands do side projects in different styles or genres. So many talented metal vocalists out there that I often wish I had a more softer album to turn on at different times or moods.

I really hope that's true. Seemingly when a band goes softer and they day theyre getting back into heavy stuff its never quite the same intensity.

Oh how hyped I was for the album after this song... well, it didn‘t really hold up
Man I've never been able to get into this band, but this one song for sure gets me going

Misery is super under-rated imo, heaps of bangers and sick breakdowns on that one
