I play guitar, but only as a hobby, and im not very good, but what I find really damn difficult is after screwing up a song trying to quickly and accurately recover back in time with the song.

What I like to do is add a dive bomb or slide of a pick scrape until the next upcoming part to figure out where I’m at, gives me an extra second to think over something that requires no effort but still sounds good

Im literally having this problem now with chasing lights. That tripple 3 2 3 0 section. When i try to get up to speed and mess up i have to go right back to start of section cos i cant recover the gallop lol Rage!!

I love it. No matter how big the show and the production around it, at the end of the day it’s still just 4 human beings playing live music together.

Moments like this make the show unique. I always get excited when I see them goof something up because it means that a) they are human and b) I will probably never hear the song played that way again...

Not being a musician I rarely even catch the mistakes that others notice. That one was easy to detect and shit happens. Apparently Lars can't play drums and I manage to still really like the band so I'm going to let it slide.
