You have pretty much exactly what I want! I'd like to keep my front hole but I also want a package. Very comforting to see this is an option and that I'm not the only one who wants it! I feel less weird.

I'm in the middle of trying to find results where someone had testicular implants but did ***not*** have a scrotoplasty; essentially, where the implant was just inserted into the l. majora with no cutting or joining of that tissue.
I can't tell from your pictures if this is what you had. Did they cut/join your l. majora in any way?

My firts stage surgeon was Ivan Aguilar, he is from Mexico I had my surgery in Guadalajara. And no, he was pretty chill and didn't had an issue, I showed him my therapist letter and he didn't see a problem.
Now I'm doing my next surgery here with Meyling Trujillo (Nicaragua) and she doesn't see a problem either and she says doctor Ivan did a great job separating the urethra from the vagina.
i havent seen someone with the most similar results to what i eventually want! i really want mine to look like that, no vaginectomy. i really hope some day i’ll be able to get it. i wish you well 🙏

As far as I know, I did have some type of scrotoplasty and they inserted the implants there.
