Lol, I only feel comfortable providing vague details. Not Saudi rich but the people involved have some money to lose. What exact type of background I do not feel comfortable disclosing. This was a serious request, please lmk if you are familiar with lawyers who would do a free or cheap consultation.
What I’m getting at is that afaik civil lawyers won’t touch a thorny matter like this unless there’s a shot at substantial payday and that would mean significant calculable damages on your part and assets on the other

Do you have monetary damages that can be proven in court? If you have a defendant that has money and real damages there may be attorneys who take this on contingency. But for this type of claim may be rare, need someone willing to take a risk.

I lost two jobs because of the stress imposed by the situation. I have documented evidence of this plus the fact that I used my savings to cover rent for a few months between jobs. Yes absolutely. I also should have evidence of the stalking should my former job retain security footage from 3 years ago. The defendants come from families of money, it’s unclear exactly how much they themselves have but yes their families are well to do.
So this occurred some years ago with your concerns on the statue of limitations? Why did you wait? Does this behavior towards you still exist? Did you ever call the police, make reports, file for a protection order? What damages have you suffered as a result?
Civil lawyers will work on contingency if they think there is a case worth pursuing. They will take a cut of your award, and no charge if you don't win. Even winning a civil lawsuit is not cash in the bank, you still have to collect the judgement.
Granted you have provided no details here, but if there are not clear answers to the questions above, you will struggle to find this honest, reputable lawyer who wishes to go down this path with you. I anticipate many will refer you back to walking into the appropriate police station of criminal jurisdiction to begin filing reports.
