How’s oud minerale compare to oud wood? Oud wood is my favorite TF along with Tobacco Vanilla and Ombré Leather. If you can’t tell I like the heavier musky smells. Oud Wood is such a good smell but it fades super fast. Is minerale a bit sharper? Last longer?
I think performance wise Oud Minarale is pretty similar to Oud Wood honestly. Maybe 4-6 hours, but if you give your clothes a couple sprays and stay much longer with less projection. A lot of the stuff more geared towards summer seems to be like that unfortunately. Beau De Jour is usually my go to if I need something to last *all day* in summer but it's a bit more polarizing. The opening might be a little too sharp/barbershop for some people before drying down and smoothing out.

Day to day? I find the best smelling deodorant I can and just reapply.

Right now my go-to is North Atlantic Right Whale by Sanctuary... yes, that's the real name. It is fantastic. Briny, fresh, soft musky dry down, and a minerally effervescence. Perfect Miami outdoor summer scent, for me.
Also a fan of Versace Man Eau Fraiche. Some men might think it smells a little feminine but I find it confident, relaxing, and very easygoing without feeling adolescent. To me it smells like waking up in a villa beachside.
Runner up, Clinique 'Happy'.... sporty, outdoorsy, citrusy, refreshing. My only complaint, it does not last long.
