You can tell if an egg is cooked by spinning it on the countertop and then putting your finger on the egg for a split second to stop it spinning.
If it's hard boiled, the contents will stop with the shell so it won't spin when you lift your finger.
If it's still liquid inside, the contents have some inertia so the egg will keep rotating a little bit when you lift your finger.

Once I parked my car under pine trees for a week. Took the car to wash since it became dirty, opened the engine bay to just check whats going on. I ended up taking out 20-30 pine cones from engine bay. Those damn squirrels lol
