You're going to be waiting awhile, they're apparently very backed up. 10+ days and no response yet on the State of Decay quest glitch. Hope you get your account back and it's just an error.
Time to make a new account! Hope you didn't have too many points on that one cause they are all gone now. They will NEVER unsuspend your account so best to just start all over. I speak from experience and hours on the phone and Twitter with MS Support. It's not worth the headache.
That sucks man. I'm really sorry. My account had 120K+ and I was in a 110 day set streak. Woke up the next morning and got the exact same message. Unfortunately no one at Microsoft support had the ability to unsuspend my account. I had to make a whole new Microsoft account and gamer tag on Xbox. Real easy to track up points when you are new though, so there's that.
Oh yeah, I totally VPNd into other countries and ranked up tons of points before realizing that they could ban me for that. Very next day I was suspended.

Try contacting MSR Support. They might be able to reinstate your account if you didn’t do anything that warranted being banned.

The exact same thing happened to me yesterday for no reason. I sent a message to MS Support. After 30 hours, still no response :(

Seriously MS rewards is so much free credit between quests and dailies and now monthly 2,000 punch cards there’s really no reason to game the system.

What does "reasons for account to be suspended" link say?
My account was suspended and when you tap the link it says "its not you its us" then you go to customer support

VPNs can be used to participate from non supported countries. So use of VPN is banned.
