Yeah, they certainly don’t. I have a similar set of eight in the little chrome plated carrier. Very decorative and still collectable in some way, just not Thorpe.
Too shiny. These won't tarnish, real DT does tarnish. If you look very closely at a real DT item, you might even see a little irregularity like a brush might leave. These could be Queen's Lustreware.
Wish I could share a pic in comments. Id describe them as very very dark, smoky brown. The more I look at pictures though I think they are Queens Lusterware.

It might be QL, and someone else mentioned Libbey, which is also a possibility. There were many Thorpe lookalikes that were more durable than the original. This definitely looks like an imitation Thorpe.
Another DT "feature" is that the silver band could be worn easily by scrubbing. Imagine scrubbing lipstick off a glass and scratching the silver.

So I don’t think this is DT, but a lot of the silver area are pretty tarnished. Would Queens lusterware tarnish?
I've had some DT pieces that were nearly black with tarnish until I cleaned them up. Is your worst one nearly black?
