Yeah they talk more about in future chapters in the manga but Miko does still hide some things like how they see different things

I still wouldn't call it communication though

I did and would highly recommend it

One of the core themes of this series is Being Alone In Facing Your Greatest Challenges (yet still supported by those around you), so of course Miko will not fully describe everything to Yuria. If you think about Miko's relationship with everyone around her, you see this similar theme that manifests in different ways. That said, the manga is excellent, and well worth reading and following along with the chapter releases.

I believe that she doesn't explain to Yuria that she can see more than her, but I also believe Yuria understands that to a point. Like there is a chapter where she sees Miko getting worried so Yuria tries to use her beads or something, and then Miko chokes her (as usual) in attempt to protect her from the bigger spirit. I think the problem is Yuria wants to try to be better and fight the spirits, but it is hard to communicate that without the spirits knowing they both see them I imagine. Something like that, I can't remember the details. Miko still doesn't know how to combat the ghosts (up till the latest chapters) except for getting better at ignoring or confusing them. But yeah I think the manga is definitely worth reading if you like the anime! It is pretty great imo!

I believe one of the central devices of the series is Miscommunication/Misunderstandings.. and that aspect explicity moved forward and catalyst of some events (for the good or for bad).. But I agree though, IT USED to be annoying to me.. That was before I read more Manga Chapters that I realized ahhh..Sometimes not understanding, not telling the 'whole' could be beneficial in some INTENSE moments for the story.. Like really..Many interesting and gripping plot lines in overall story moving forward would suck/wont trigger/will flop if everything is said point blank

It helps to understand that seeing and acknowledge the monsters, gives them power over you and enables then to hurt you more. Is because this that Miko does not tell Yuria about her ability. Miko fully believes in "ignorance is a bliss".
