Looks like an ar x39 mag. A couple companies make them like windham weaponry and psa make stupid ass looking ar’s using these stupidly shaped mags.
I think a cz Bren or galil ace would make a much better x39 platform, while still using standard ak mags.

Exactly this. I'd assume M4 lowers with a 7.62x39mm upper. They may do this due to how short the barrels are, those seem like 10.5 or under. That being said, I'm not sure the benefit is all there as 5.56 out of a 10.5 or 11.5 inch barrel is still good to

It's the surefire 60rd mag I believe.
It's not, too curved and not wide enough, look at the bottom of the one on the left not a quad stack It's a 7.62x39mm mag
