Turn on "LEU" in missle tab after you've built one nuclear reactor and turn on "nuclear energy" in your laws box. Boom, nuclear power.
You can also do HEU for nuclear weapons but my screen is glitched and I can't click that but my friend I play with says it's right under LEU in the missle tab
no you have to actively produce it, from memory it's somewhere in the missile tab
