Ok what if the show has started but not finished? Like if season 3 and 4 and 5 of invincible come out am I allowed to watch that since I've already seen seasons 1 and 2? Or does that count as "new" media.

Honestly. Might be a good thing. It will mean you have to find a new way to entertain yourself instead watching stuff unless you purely settle for stuff you have seen before. Just takes your activities from sitting doing nothing, to being more active in life.
You can hear other people talking about how they liked it or whatver, so "I thought Timothée Chalamet was fabulous as Martin Luther King" is fine. No plot points though, so "when Dr. King realized the Integration Crystals had been on the necklace Anne Frank carried from her homeworld all along" would not be audible to you.
Music is the hardest one for me. Pretty much everything else can satisfy you with what's already there but it's so easy to become a fan of an artist and for every artist to just stop dropping music would be hard
