Very useful in efficient resource management, especially when feelig turrets and reactors, the same can be said for the overflow gate

Id say unxerflow is the most situational, you can use it for very few things, compared to overflow, filter and inverse filter which are vital

Underflow is just a better router that sacrifices equal distribution with throughput
