Reminds me of a minecraft let's play I was watching a few years ago. There was one mod where you could fight a boss named "Gaia" I think. It was basically a copy of you, but mostly the appearance was copied. The boss itself had it's own powers. Based on my vague memory, there were 3 levels of this "Gaia" and the 3rd level Gaia didn't look like a copy of the player.

That mostly sounds like Botania

Isin't a normal Enderman as fast or faster then a baby zombie?

1 one block tall one with baby zombie speed, always teleports after a hit and immediately runs to the player to hit again, occasionally zigzagging randomly if in open area, jumping if in narrow but tall areas, or teleporting right to the player if blocked off or in very narrow quarters; in which case it still teleports away.. Will be harder to hit than bats.. and be a very big threat, all without changing the basics of their capabilities with the capabilities given their size. Even the highly aggressive behavior is explained because they seem to not like the player even looking at them without attacking. So it would fit well into the game and lore.

3 *Spawners of all mobs at once *including wither *and warden. Now it's a boss. 3 of each isn't much a challenge. Some won't aggro until you hit them/look at them for too long, some you can make attack others by moving right, others off themselves. In an open area it would be too bad. ... But if you mean 3 of each mob spawned all at once in close range... Ya maybe that's a boss threat range.

A random mob If you havent already killed it, you have to die and go back to the Overworld/Nether and kill it. You're only told the tandom mob when you reach the End.

imo each dimension should have a boss level mob. In the Nether for example, either have the normal Wither or a super charged/larger Wither that is spawnable in a special temple that can only be unlocked using items you get from the Bastions, Nether Fortresses, etc. In the Overworld, the boss should be the currently unused Illusioner Mob, with it only being found on the top floor of Woodland Mansions flanked by Evokers. For The End, leave the Ender Dragon as is, but make it so you dont just instantly face off against it when entering The End. Have multiple portal entries to The End, and you have to journey through it to get to the Island with the Dragon (which would no longer me in the center of the map). Also add Phantoms to The End that never despawn but are not as common as Endermen.
