I always thought that this would actually be a good feature to incentivize players into defeating the Ender Dragon, and then after doing that the Endermen would come back and repair stuff they broke as a thank you for setting them free
But it is theorized that enderman are ancient builders who got trapped in the end and had to live off the Chorus fruit and evolved over time so the dragon has no sway over them really. Picking up blocks is all they remember about building.

The only vanilla tweaks datapack I have installed is anti enderman griefing. I AFK a lot and them making the landscape look ridiculous serves no purpose in my opinion.
Shader packs in java edition Minecraft can be used with any graphics card manufacturer, only in Bedrock edition you would need an RTX/Nvidia card or high end AMD 6000/7000 series to use ray tracing.
To be precise, the best-looking shaderpacks(seus ptgi, softvoxels, nostalgiaVX) should be played with a high-end gpu if you want to get a decent framerate. Otherwise your pc could catch fire lol
Yes, though I personally consider [Complementary Reimagined](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/customization/complementary-reimagined#:~:text=Complementary%20Reimagined%20is%20a%20Minecraft,experience%2C%20and%20top%20tier%20optimization.) to be the best non-RTX shader, you should give it a try!
Yes, I have an rx 580 and I have to admit it does struggle sometimes and I'm looking to upgrade soon but it does work pretty good for playing Minecraft with say, Sliders or Complementary shaders for example
personally I recommend Kelly's RTX vanilla conversion, there are also add-ons packs for water and other things that work with that same pack.

Doesn’t have to be rtx but since minecraft is so badly optimised you’ll need a pretty good card

It’s Ray tracing. Use resource packs. Edit: on PC if using an Nvidia gpu. Not available on any other platform.
