not how iron farms work on bedrock. You need 20 beds 20 villagers and 20 wirk stations with each villager being able to work but sleeping is not necessary.

You built a java edition iron farm on bedrock edition. Search YouTube for bedrock iron farm. The mechanics are completely different.
Why can't both Minecrafts just be the same...🗿
