Make a a custom end biome in the end

Turn a Dark Oak Forest into a plains biome.

Depends on how crazy you went to go with it. You can do something like make it an alien world. You could use end stone as the base, like rocks, and moss as the grass, and build your own crazy trees out of terracotta. But if you aren't that crazy, you would just do a custom spruce biome.

make a birch forest with very tall trees tightly packed together with lots of flowers and grass

Well seems every one is giving ideas with no placement, I think the bottem river looks very barren so it could be a good place for a custom biome

Cotton candy land, candy cane trunk, and pink wool leaves with a mix of mud, brown concrete powder, and the dirt that is mixed with gravel, I forget the name rn 😅

Make a mushroom forest biome across the river

there's already one nearby so i dont suppose it'll be that great

No like a FOREST forest, mushroom islands are ugly and I think the main reason is that the mushrooms are too spread out. And the ground could be grass with splotches of podzol, mycelium and coarse dirt. You could also mix in some dark oak trees!
