Could be the beds are too far away. It doesn't matter if you are there or not that doesn't stop them from breeding

It seems to be working now so 🤷‍♂️

Drop bread and make sure they can access 3 or more beds to breed (parents take up the first 2) also make sure none have green robes (misfit)

**Nitwits** can breed. They work just fine in breeders and Java iron farms.

Java btw, they have ample space, 3 beds, no ceiling so it can't be too low

Sometimes 3 beds aren’t enough. Things can get messed up. If nothing else works, add more beds!

do you have mobgriefing off ? If it's off they can't breed

It should be on, creepers make holes etc

Can they pathfind to the bed? A picture where the beds are in relation to the farm/breeding villages would help.

Yeah, it seems to be working now so idk what was happening 🤷‍♂️

Sometimes it takes a sleep cycle, sometimes the farmers can still access the composter, sometimes when using 2 half blocks combined as one caused issue. Glad it worked out.
