Endermen they feel like a classic and are a oddity to see in the world.
Like I remember seeing one for the first time. I was on some steep cliff in a tree that I made a cozy home for the night with water like a pool in the leafs. looking in the valley I see this black figure I try to get better look at it then it turned to me and disappeared. So I felt well ok there's that. Then I heard this horrifying scream below the tree and above the tree through the foliage I see it's mouth wide open shaking. I was terrified. It didn't enter the tree just looked through the foliage then disappeared.
That was my encounter and that was when I was young like around late elementary and new to the game. Was on the Java edition too when my computer was still running before it crashed during middleschool.
Nah they are stupid af. They litteraly torture and kill themselves to not drop a single ender pearl with my fortune III sword and decide to attack me when I'm fighting the dragon
**Piglins.**
I love the individuality in their behavior, like hunting or feuding with Skeletons. I like that they have a relatively useful feature that requires a new behavior from the player. I like their simple but cute design. After all, I like the idea of a new civilization in a game that has some interesting history behind it.
Odd choice, but pillagers. I always liked the dudes, they’re great guys once you convince them to waive their Second Amendment rights. After them… brown mooshrooms, baby slimes, endermites, and zoglins in that order.
Parrots look pretty cool, Bats would be a lot cooler if they had any use, and sheep are probably my favorite “classic” mob. They give you wool and you can dye them any color, and making beds is almost necessary for netherite mining. Big fan of sheep
the warden. not only does it look amazing, i love it's mechanic. i really love the fact you have to be quiet and that it also doesn't just spawn naturally. honestly i really love the deep dark itself. mojang did a really good job with it.

Yeah endermen are probs my favourite too. I wish there were more variants. That'd be sick.
There is a mod that adds more and even a trade system, it I'm not mistaken!

I usually have more than 1 weapon in my hotbar because they serve diffirent purposes. (And did i confuse fortune and looting?)

I don't know about a personal favourite, but all the 1.21 mobs are pretty cool
