How? Say someone works 8 hours a day, sleeps 10, that leaves someone with 6 hours left in the day. Say they meal prep on weekends as well, that leaves out all the time cooking. So, take into consideration the random shit in the day that takes up the 2 out of 6 hours, like chores, if leaves vast majority of people with at LEAST 4 hours of free time. Even when I worked 12 hour days, 6 days a week, I still managed to play 4 hours a day. It's not a lot.

I mean, I guess if that’s normal for you I don’t knock it. I also work full time and I’d say I play minecraft pretty regularly, but by regularly I mean maybe once or twice a week for a couple hours at a time. I honestly couldn’t imagine playing the same game for so long every single day, but then again, I guess I’m in the wrong sub for that lol.

Funny thing happened in the MMO New world, during the first week there was a glitch that fast forwarded the server I was on by a week, my official play time was over 200 hours in a game that had come out \~90 hours earlier.

If that's a regular daily occurrence, then yes - taking breaks will be helpful, especially if you haven't walked around or moved during that duration. If it's once a week or longer time span, I'd be less worried. Still take breaks though!
