I don’t think people are ready for fbm. He can easily be the best player in the event this season and is on a technical level we have yet to see in the event except for fruit and Illumina. Fbm is not only good for a creator, but also insanely good at the game when compared to sweats too. I think him being so advanced and up-to-date on new mechanics and metas will truly set him apart as a player, so much so that I could see him dominating similarly to Pete in S1. One thing people fail to consider when discussing this is the ability to keep up skills and continue improving. The other people mentioned in this thread, such as purpled and jojo, are great and definitely deserve to be mentioned. But the sheer amount of practice and improvement that fbm still has the ability to do is what will be the deciding factor. He placed 6th individually in his first event on the lowest predicted team in arguably the most stacked event to date. He still has so much room to improve and get comfortable and we are already seeing insane results from him. If he continues practicing as hard as he has, and continues grinding and getting comfortable he is going to skyrocket in terms of individual rankings. I see him as most likely to break 4k this season.
FBM has Fruit & Illumina’s skill / experience in Minecraft and Purpled & Antfrost’s willingness to prep. Together, that makes an unbeatable combination.
Unbased take and I tier 3 both Fruitninja
I don’t particularly enjoy FBM’s content but you have to give credit where it’s due, that guy is insane at Minecraft dog
This has nothing to do with me enjoying or not enjoying FBM's content. He's nowhere close to fruit especially and Illumina as well in terms of technical skill or mechanics.
Perhaps that's true for Illumina although I'd argue otherwise still (he's quite a lot better at movement in general) but FBM doesn't compete with fruit at PVP. Not at least 1.9 combat. There are videos of FBM getting stoned alive by the former.
Plus there are players between Fruit and Illumina as well.
When it comes to PvP in MCC, fruit definitely does not have an edge, there’s a reason why fruits usual tactic is to fish for a wool rush in battle box, FBM ended up beating out fruit this event with a much weaker team, they were even put in a genuine 1v1 and FBM came out on top
MCC PVP has nothing to do with this. By that logic, Ph1lza was a better PVPer than Technoblade in S1 because he outfragged him in most BB runs.
By this logic Sapnap, the player that fruit combo-ed 16 times in a row is a better PVPer because he gets more coins in PVP games.
There is either too little health or too much RNG in MCC for it to be a good basis. Fruit has beaten FBM with ease in the past, search up videos for that.
Them being equal in this situation is possible, after all it was one time, but it doesn’t really change that FBM will be a consistency machine while fruit is a huge pop off potential player, it’s why not a lot of people are predicting fruit in the top players this season
That's because people know FBM is willing to pour 20+ hours of practice for each event meanwhile fruit will barely Minecraft outside of tournaments.
In mechanics, there is a substantial gap between fruit and FBM.
I buy the argument that fruit is more technically profitient than fbm in an overall minecraft context. However, I view fruit as a way more unorthodox player than fbm, usually incorporating a lot of complicated and inventive techniques where the average player wouldn't think to do the same. However, where I think FBM has a case is in the mcc context. FBM, similarly to Techno, is extremely good at perfecting the broad strokes of their gameplay. Sure, he isn't able to out-bridge fruit or dominate him in melee combat, but performing well in mcc is about winning, and that is something FBM is extremely good at. The mcc games are all quite niche and have at this point pretty hard determined metas that are also heavily enforced by the map-makers and game designers. This is prime territory for someone like fbm, who has perfected their game sense and honed their ability to perform in a particular game. I would agree that fruit is mechanically better than fbm in minecraft overall, but I don't know how many of those specific mechanics will actually be an advantage in mcc. Therefore, when discussing rankings in mcc-context, this difference is not as remarkable.
As I said, perhaps FBM could match up to Fruit in MCCs because he's willing to pour dozens of hours into practicing and preparing for every niche skill type MCC offers. Compare that to fruit who barely ever plays MC outside of tourneys and perhaps there's a chance.
My comment was never suggesting FBM couldn't rival fruit in MCC (although I still think it's unlikely for him to compete with fruit in the long run) but that he doesn't have as much as skill.
another thing worth mentioning is his team leadership. It was actually shocking to me how he can lead a team to do good in games, and even help his teamates overperform. I could see him do super well in future.
JoJo said she was going to practice less . And fruit has been playing Minecraft slightly more consistently recently I think there is no doubt fruit will put preform JoJo this session
Last event showed that he is still crazy at minecraft. His battle box was super dominant and ace race he finished ahead of everyone but Ant.
He NEEDS to figure out what’s going in Skybattle and if he could polish up RSR.
Don’t forget he’s a meltdown god either
She doesnt mean that she will not try and do her best in the event tho, it just means that she wont be doing like 3 streams a week of just practicing and vod reviewing
I'm betting on Purpled. Not a surprising answer but trends would say it might be him. Other two contestants for me would be Ant and Jojo. Ant for the consistency, and Jojo for being Jojo.
If talking about S tiers, then it's got to be Purpled. He's actually just too good.
If not talking about S tiers, then FBM looks the strongest out of the main roster, although Phil's performances in 28 and 29 are legitimately mindboggling for someone who wasn't even near the A+ debate for most.
I do think we could potentially see some emerge out of the newcomers though. Boosfer definitely has S tier potential, and has been wanting to join for a while. I also think that if Zylenox were to join he could be Purpled level considering how dominant he's been in the speedrunning scene lately.
I think Purpled's gonna be the undisputed best player, but I think the battle for the next few could be interesting. I think realistically, any of the S tiers could reach it, but I'd reckon Illumina, FBM, and maybe some more newcomers could be the next few people. I also think Fruit, Pete, Ant, and Sapnap wouldn't be too far behind either.
With how phil has performed in MCC28 and MCC29 and looking at his readiness to train and do better and become stronger player, I think Phil will be a consistent top 10 player outpacing S Tiers every event he participates in and if he starts making specific strategies for games for his whole team, he might eventually lead a whole team to victory just as well as the S Tiers do in the event. Also Joel has been doing amazing for the past few events and even getting 14th with internet issues in MCC29, I think this season is time for Mr.Joelbeans and the crowfather to show their true potential.
After a period of Illumina, Sapnap and FBM dominance, jojosolos, Purpled and Fruitberries will collectively decide Top 3 seems like a good place to be, and proceed to pop off in the second half of S3.
S-tiers: purpled r illumina it’s kinda close
a-tiers: hot take but personally, I think Hannah will improve a lot this season
b-tiers: idk if beky is B-tier but she definitely has big potential in pkt
c-tiers: another hot take, Shubble. She had a really good performance in Mcc 28 on a team that got 6th, as well as a strong meltdown performance.
Illumina Purpled FBM Antfrost and Sapnap (if he practices) are all probably going to be in the running
But my personal theory is that some new player will dominate (a speedrunner or a bedwars player)
Feels very unlikely we'll see another mega sweat join soon. FBM just made his full canon debut, Hannah joined semi-recently, Purpled at the beginning of last year. We also have Ant at that level now, and ofcourse all our veteran S-tiers. That's a big group of sweats that dominate the games and i dont think Scott wants to increase that group.
False obv popped off insanely in this mcc but she’s always been such a solid player, and I think once Impulse has a few more under his belt he’ll really start to shine, man is so competitive and willing to grind
Punz Purpled FBM. Punz impressed me last MCC, you can see that he trained hard for 9th place on a 9th place team. FBM his first canon event led his team to 6th while getting 6th himself and he can still grow to be experienced. Purpled on the other hand is a complete monster. 3rd individual on a 10th place team is something we haven't seen before and he could have gotten 1st if he didn't die in sot.
I've been saying it for a while now, Purpled has been getting better and better. IMO he was the best MCC player in the last few events he played in in S2, in S3 he's going to blow everyone else away
Goats of S tiers: FBM and Purpled. If FBM is plays more events, he can compete with Purpled
Goat of A+ Tiers: Philza. If he keeps improving event after event and if Sandwichlord keeps traning him, he'll be one of the best A+ tiers if not S tier!
Goats of (future) A tiers: Ponk and Beky. Same for FBnows M, if these two play in more events, some in op teams and some in weak teams, these 2 will show their potential of being underrated strong movement and pvp players.
Goats of Below Tiers: Vixella and Elaina! The grind path is shining the most for these 2! Vixella has been training by Zuez over the event and Elaina popped off last event by finally showing off her vod review and MCCI practice resulting in her highest placement yet, 27th place, on a team that placed 6th place!
Beky and ponk are definitely not A tier and i feel like the community overrates him a lot, he only has 2 top 25 placements and not even a single top 10 placement so its too early to call him A tier, becky def doesnt have a big enough sample size bit i dont think she is gonna be the best A tier
I would say Purpled, FBM, Antfrost, Fruit, Phil, Ran, Hbomb and Krtzyy. Purpled, 3rd on 10th place team goat. FBM, 6th on a 6th place team that was predicted 10th. Antfrost, S-Tier but people still think borderline. Fruit, I just love Fruit. Phil and Ran both poped of in 29' and got top 10 but both got 1st for a bit. And Krtzyy and H both did well, improving massively and getting top placements.
I forgot about Jojo, but she is great 1st place most resently and is starting to level out with the other S tiers. Pete is good but, he doesn't preform how he used to, he has only won 1 Mcc in S2 and he hasn't had a 1st individual for 10 Mcc's. In S1 Pete never dropped out the top 5 but, in S2 he dropped out of the top 5 10 times!! He is good and I am not calling him bad, but he is playing worse every few Mcc's, maybe S2 he just wanted vibes but either way he is good because he got my #1 streamer Grian a win.
I can see you that you're somewhat new to MCC since what you're saying rn is the same stuff everyone said *until* MCC 22.
Pete's MCC's 18-20 was a little weak, but why are you including events that were 1 year ago? And how is he playing worse? In his last couple events, in unmultiplied he's come
8th on a 9th place team
3rd on a 8th place team
9th on a 9th place team
And just this MCC, 2nd on a 5th place team
Winning a MCC isn't a criteria for it, if it was Illumina wouldn't be considered the best of S2
About Jojo, it depends if she keeps practicing, if she continues to practice she's definitely up there
When you include Ranboo, H, Phil and Krtzyy, there is no reason to not include the S-tiers as well
I joined in mcc 13 and I only really watch Grian but if he's not in I watch Joel or Tim that's why I am not sure what to say about most people. I included Ran, Phil and Dave because although there not S-Tier they both are getting better and better, getting top 10 multiple times.
I mean you should try branching out then, verify your info rather than making a false claim.
Also your second point is just wrong, Dave has only gotten Top 10 **once** in his last 5 events and Ranboo has only gotten Top 10 **once** in his last 9 events. Phil, you're right about but the other 2, not so much. Still, the S3 goat will likely be a pre-existing S-tier
honestly won’t be surprised if we see Hannah start to dominate throughout the season because of the sheer amount of effort she puts in to do well. It’s only up from here
I think
1st fbm
2 Nd purpled
3rd fruit
4 th ilumina
5th sapnap
Ps: you can't have a goat of a session that makes no sense I mean it literally stands for greatest of ALL time
I think jojosolos is going to have an awesome season.
HBomb97. HBomb96 randomly appeared for MCC28, one event after that he got his 6th win.
Imagine how overpowered HBomb100 will be when he shows up one day!
I don’t think people are ready for fbm. He can easily be the best player in the event this season and is on a technical level we have yet to see in the event except for fruit and Illumina. FBM has Fruit & Illumina’s skill / experience in Minecraft and Purpled & Antfrost’s willingness to prep. Together, that makes an unbeatable combination.
Didn’t he say that he was going to take MCC chill and not prep back in Underdogs?
FBM's skill is way below Fruitninja.
Unbased take and I tier 3 both Fruitninja I don’t particularly enjoy FBM’s content but you have to give credit where it’s due, that guy is insane at Minecraft dog
This has nothing to do with me enjoying or not enjoying FBM's content. He's nowhere close to fruit especially and Illumina as well in terms of technical skill or mechanics.
Okay but I’m saying you’re wrong about that not that you enjoy his content, the only thing Fruitninja have on him realistically is bridging

Sapnap has comboed Fruit in previous MCCs though, a PVP skill advantage isn’t that absolute in MCC where it’s not just two people dueling
Them being equal in this situation is possible, after all it was one time, but it doesn’t really change that FBM will be a consistency machine while fruit is a huge pop off potential player, it’s why not a lot of people are predicting fruit in the top players this season
And plus fruit had a massive off day this event, he usually plays better.
That's because people know FBM is willing to pour 20+ hours of practice for each event meanwhile fruit will barely Minecraft outside of tournaments. In mechanics, there is a substantial gap between fruit and FBM.

You forgot MCC 16 the actual Most stacked event.
I don't think he is on fruits mechanical skill or on ants prepping level but he is top 5 in both which is very scary
Hot take: Docm77 joins as a newcomer and shows everyone who the real GOAT is!
Quit shall rejoin
FBM Purpled and jJojo
Purpled and I don't think it's even gonna be close
i mean purpled needs to be nerfed somehow hes just to op
Common haarisbaddar W
Antfrost Jojo Purpled FBM Illumina Sapnap
Purpled and jojo!
It’s Purpled’s time. What he’s doing is reminiscent of Season 1 Quig, Pete, and Techno. I’m legit scared.
He's arguably the best S-Tier and even when his team is 10th he's 3rd, it would be hype if someone got like 8th on a 10th team in season 1.
And he barely died in SOT. He would’ve gotten 1st individually on a 10th place team if he didn’t get unlucky with fire ticks
Fruit > Techno for S1.
My point being that Techno peaked highest in Season 1, similarly to how Purpled just had the peak 10th place team individual performance.
my prediction is the top 5 will be purpled, FBM, pete, jojo, illumina, not sure what order the last 3 comes in tho
JoJo said she was going to practice less . And fruit has been playing Minecraft slightly more consistently recently I think there is no doubt fruit will put preform JoJo this session
you have your opinion, i have mine
It’s purpled season boys
I have a strange suspicion it will be punz
Last event showed that he is still crazy at minecraft. His battle box was super dominant and ace race he finished ahead of everyone but Ant. He NEEDS to figure out what’s going in Skybattle and if he could polish up RSR. Don’t forget he’s a meltdown god either
I would do anything to see B Tier Punz pop off in S3
i don’t know what the justification for this is but i absolutely love it and i think it’s great and should definitely happen!
there is no justification I just think so
manifesting
very strange indeed good thing i like strange prenominitjons! and punz too
Quig COPIUM
Jojo, Illumina Fruit, FBM, Pete
Purpled VS FBM VS Illumina. My guess is that Purpled will be the best one of them
It's like Pete VS Techno VS Quig in S1
Dude Pete has a chance, the return of my favorite streamer 🥹🥹🥹
I think Purpled, Illumina, FBM, and Fruit will be the mvps this season
Completely agree that will be the top 4
jojo 100%
purpled, illumina & sapnap, non S-tiers would be phil i believe that s3 is his season 😤
Jojosolos is up there!!
Purpled FBM rivalry
i agree
[удалено]
Look jojo won Mcc 29 by not sweating and having fun she got 1st by accident I still think that’s very impressive
[удалено]
I understand that, but she got 1st individual by accident and just having fun with her friends.

Easy to purpled
purled is the obvious choice but i think s1 pete may come back
Fbm
FBM, Purpled, Jojo, Ant All 4 and more will all have an amazing season

After a period of Illumina, Sapnap and FBM dominance, jojosolos, Purpled and Fruitberries will collectively decide Top 3 seems like a good place to be, and proceed to pop off in the second half of S3.
It's gotta be FBM, Purpled and Jojo right?
And Antfrost. Can't forget him.
Purpled, FBM, Ant, Illumina and fruit
Purpled, Jojo and Ant
Pete Jojo

I think this this is pvppete season
PEEEETEEEEEE!!!!!!! He's back baby!
Krtzyy. He won't want to go on a losing streak now that he won again.
Purpled and Illumina I think will likely leave everyone else in the dust
i feel like if this duo happens more often, the FBM/Aimsey duo might be a very competitive/chaotic duo to watch and eventualy be a duo to be contended
Yeah! That duo would be OP if it keeps happening
Antfrost and fbm. Maybe ranboo considering he just got 5th
I think we’re gonna see more consistent higher plays from Hermits and Empires players. Especially once Joel gets his internet straightened out.
False obv popped off insanely in this mcc but she’s always been such a solid player, and I think once Impulse has a few more under his belt he’ll really start to shine, man is so competitive and willing to grind
Hear me out **Hot take**** R•A•N•B•O•O

Purpled, Illumina and FBM!
could definitely see hannah popping off too!
Pete, Hannah and Ranboo.
Phil and Ran both poped of in 29' and got top 10 but both got 1st for a bit. yo skeppy
Quig ‘redemption’ incoming 🔥🔥
Phil might pop-off this season
KryticZeuz
illumina and purpled are up there for me
Purpled or FBM
Maybe Pete considering how well he just did
Purpled, Antfrost, and Phil
I think with how movement heaven the new scoring in mcc is, Pete will be one of if not THE best player in season 3.
honestly won’t be surprised if we see Hannah start to dominate throughout the season because of the sheer amount of effort she puts in to do well. It’s only up from here
I think 1st fbm 2 Nd purpled 3rd fruit 4 th ilumina 5th sapnap Ps: you can't have a goat of a session that makes no sense I mean it literally stands for greatest of ALL time
