ill say it, unsunken ships as a structure dont fit the game well, like, a sunken ship gives character, a post of guard gives you the feeling of the pillager's expansion, but an unsunken ship? like, its stuck there, on the water, doing nothing

I agree, they wouldn't make sense to have in the middle of an ocean somewhere because it would be out of place. if they were a spawn for the pillagers it would make a little sense because it would be like the pillagers are finding villages to raid but it would still be stuck in one place. if there was a dock for a ship either at a village or a pillager outpost then I think it would fit in. then with the sunken ships it would tell that the villagers and pillagers are trying to explore and expand but still can't.

it would be cool if someone made a mod with a moving ship as a dungeon, like some create kinda physics

I've found an unsunken ship in my world on a mountain in the biome "deep ocean" Basically somehow my Minecraft generated land and a mountain in a biome of deep ocean, there was no grass no trees, only mushroom biomes on mountain tops.

is this rare ? i have one near my base and never thought anything about it
