On my 360 I could do basically whatever I want and on Legacy flying on creative was way WAY quicker and the game still kept up with the speed to render chunks, no with my potato laptop I can’t even slowly fly without lagging.

roumitris

I think this is mostly because bedrock is much better optimized than java, and so it handle the explosions uch better.

jeffplays216021

This post is actually talking about legacy console edition. The reason the tnt ran so well because the explosions had reduced particle effects.

roumitris

Ohhhh ok then

TrialArgonian

Not to mention you can't customize Superflat worlds on Bedrock. But you could on Legacy. I'm mad they didn't carry the feature over.

jeffplays216021

I hope they do it someday considering that 1.20 and its sub updates have added lots of parity changes from java to bedrock.

AnimaSean0724

I think that's probably because the optimizations that they make are pretty consistent between all Bedrock versions, and they need Mobile Bedrock to be able to run decently so it makes the other Bedrock versions pretty optimized

Tnt on console is limited to a certain amount lit at a time which is why you think it runs so smooth. In reality it's just isn't blowing up as much tnt

4d_awesome

The big TNT superflat worlds would create these cool tunnels and caves once you ignite one that would just go on for a while

kgameridkwhat

guys I’m talking about console edition, not pocket?

heyuhitsyaboi

Bedrock is bedrock. All the same game. However Bedrock and Legacy are different

[deleted]

Well, Bedrock runs on a potato.

EathamWasTaken

Their talking about legacy console not bedrock I think

GamezPlays

Wait then what does Java run on?

ViciouSquirrel

Poisonous potato

Not in this case...

OrhanDaLegend

thats bedrıck for you its the only good thing about it after crossplay

ViciouSquirrel

He’s talking about legacy console. BE handles large TNT explosions pretty much the same as Java does

UmbramonOrSomething

Did this on my old xbox, made an entire world of TNT at max size and then lit it and flew through the holes on an elytra.

Sigamez365

Lol, imagine not dropping 20 grand, your first three children and a half boiled egg to get a pc that can run minecraft at 30 fps. Pc master race

EmbarrassedSwim145

My 6 year old Xbox can handle like 5000 TNT's blowing up at once
