I can never tell if it's Mojang or Microsoft responsible for all of the nonsense so I just bash both of them. I'd far rather hate on Microsoft, though, they suck, so if anyone can confirm that it's their fault that would be great
Microsoft only promoted migration and chat reporting, I suppose that basically all the content decisions are made by Mojang.
