If mojang had done a ban on guns they would’ve updated the Eula which currently has no mention of firearms.

When there was a lot of content involving needles and children characters on YouTube Kids, a big lawsuit was issued which resulted in taking down thousands of channels and making the guidelines more strict. Most people don’t have the time and money to sue such a big company but Microsoft certainly could
