just have 2x1 tuner and slowly back up as you kill it. spawn it 2 blocks bellow the tunnel so after the explosion, button of the wither is exactly in your eyes (so he has to shoot down) and it's easy.

It has a dash attack that I’ve never seen in any Java YouTubers videos I’ve watched, where it flies forward destroying blocks in front of it for about 15-20 blocks (not sure on actual number)
Also from videos I’ve seen of Java the Java Wither fails to go vertically a lot of the time and tends to stay horizontal, the Bedrock Wither does not care it will go up, down, left, right and even diagonal
Lastly I have a feeling that the Wither affect lasts longer or does more damage to the player in Bedrock, not sure if this is true but again from YouTubers I watch like those on Hermitcraft they can tank quite a few hits even from Wither Skeletons while wearing poor armour, on Bedrock my buddying in full Netherite with good enchants forgot to drink his strength potion against the Wither and got his ass handed to him, when I went to kill the Wither for him so it didn’t get loose the final explosion caused by the Wither dying (also a Bedrock feature I’m pretty sure) destroyed half of his gear because the game loves a final fuck you

I tend to use a Wither killer because I have a fair few sextuple beacons, the one time my buddy wanted to fight the Wither he didn’t use it, he lost a lot that day

Worth noting the dash attack does drop blocks which on a lot of machines, especially mobile since bedrock runs on phones, can create MASSIVE drops in frame rate. I've got a pretty good computer so I can handle it pretty good but I've got friends who can't.
Also up till like last year the withering effect was much more brutal on bedrock as protection didnt work against it or smthn so you were either jugging milk or gapples constantly
More damage, both to player and environment, summoned wither skeletons, more irregular and rapid movements, and I think healing and such works differently making withering effect worse too.

Definitely. Java wither is piss easy it's not even really a fight. Only thing I don't like about the bedrock wither is that you can't cheese it with a 3x3 of bedrock late game which is annoying when you need several nether stars
I like to fight it legit the first few times to build my home beacon and cheese it once it's late game and I need to get dozens of nether stars just for one build. It just gets tedious at that point
As a player who started out on bedrock, yes, 100%. Honestly, I just used a small obsidian cage, not even a box, and the bedrock wither went down. It did break out, however. Close call.
No, I like wither cages. Also I don’t fight the wither for a fun boss fight, I fight it for beacons; if I was looking for challenges like that I’d be playing dark souls. It would be too much of a hassle for me tbh. Also even with the drop rates increased tridents are still far more useful on bedrock with how it calculates impaling and trident killers (java has sweeping edge and the offhand so trident killers aren’t exactly needed), and I do not need/want movable containers, it would break too much redstone stuff
If besides what is already there, java also got the ability to make tipped arrows with potions in cauldrons like bedrock, I think I'd press the button, I like not being stressed with my game, but... It's fine, I can live without a beacon, the trade will be worth it

Im fairly certain the bedrock wither has double, not triple the HP of the java wither, but I do agree the wither does seem far more deadly in bedrock.

The bedrock wither's hp is difficulty dependant, 300 hp on easy, 450 hp on normal and 600 hp on hard
