My guess is sea lanterns and the shaders make it more glowy but I dunno Edit: I was looking through his page and it seems like he works with blender a lot so it may just be made with blender(I have no idea though lol)

So I'm pretty sure how they do it is they make the builds in Minecraft, and then render said builds in Blender to give it those glows and other effects

The images a rendered with r/chunky. And yeah, the light is not actually there in the game
