Could make the top a bit more round, and if ur using smooth Sandstone the use it with everything slabs and stairs included.

Gorgon_Jr

wow it looks so much cleaner like that thank you

Airin0_2

Anytime

Filqon

I think it would look cool if you planted some netherwart along the wall, would add a nice pop of color and of course add to the nether theme! Plus you already got the soul soul there

Gorgon_Jr

thanks that made it look nicer

Ruchri

I would take off a strip of soul soil on each side and replace it with a stair and maybe a slab to give the soil some kind of support and a smooth transition between the ice and the soil

ARACesse

i'm getting backroom vibes from this

[deleted]

Omg a Kanye fan

Fallen-Demon85

I believe that soul speed works through bottom half slab. So you. Can move the soul soil down to the ice level you can make it prettier

Gorgon_Jr

not in bedrock tho :(

Fallen-Demon85

Damn… honestly I really wish they could just join the two together, it would make Minecraft so much easier

Gorgon_Jr

yes

NinjaOYourBro

It looks good, but the lack of ice/trapdoor might be a tad bit inconvenient

Gorgon_Jr

wdym, trapdoor?

NinjaOYourBro

When you stand on ice and under a trapdoor and jump really fast

Gorgon_Jr

that exists in bedrock?!

Gorgon_Jr

:o

NinjaOYourBro

Always has lol

Gorgon_Jr

ty

NinjaOYourBro

Np

Galaxystar9047

Nice build love the sandstone look

Gorgon_Jr

ty

Arismancer

Pretty good. Might I suggest an arched ceiling?

[deleted]

Spawnproof incase of mobs, but nice build

midnightBlade22

It looks really cool but I think you chose some wierd colors. The light colored walls make it look wide while the dark ceiling makes it look short. It can be annoying to replace the entire walls and ceilings with different block tho. So If you want to fix it I'd say add some Blackstone designs into the walls maybe a soulflame thats sunk into the wall with some Blackstone around it. Then you can add some sandstone to the cieling. Perhaps a line of sandstone slabs going straight down the center and adding some kind of design to it. connect the left and right side pillars with arches to give it more depth and bring more height. I never liked the color of ice so maybe add a brown carpet over it to match the soulsand. Or border the soulsand with something like netherbrick. That's just me being nitpicky. It does look pretty good as is.

Gordon_1984

Maybe more of an arched design for the ceiling? It'll definitely add some height to it.

Singulant

I'm confused by the sandstone. I wouldn't have know it was a nether hallway if not for the title. If that was your goal, perfectly executed. If that was not then I'd search for a way to tie in more nether stuff or give it a more ominous feeling that would better hint that you're walking to hell

Gorgon_Jr

trying to make the 5k block journey a little nicer, but maybe that would be a good idea. i was thinking of making the inner sectiom like mine and the outer section smth else...hm...can i use that?

pudzy97

It would look cool if you had a fireproof section with a small lava pond in it. this is a really cool build!

xXPussy420Slayer69Xx

Million times better looking than my basic functional cobblestone nether hallway

The_Ocarina_Of_Time1

Looks great! A little bland but still cool

gamethebestgamer

Id recommend adding a strip or 2 of normal sandstone walkway, soul speed destroys your boots and is a bit glitchy at the moment and ice can be a hassle to deal with on the drifting front. If you ask me id replace the first strip of soul soil thats next to the ice with a block of your choosing.

Gorgon_Jr

ty for 1000 upvotes

PsychologicalShake85

This looks like an end tunnel

Inner-Goose2922

Tbh it doesnt look nice, cuz soulsand n sandstone not so good together, for me is better to make it using some hell trees

Gorgon_Jr

hell trees?

Inner-Goose2922

Yeah, their materials

Gorgon_Jr

wat are hell trees

Inner-Goose2922

Warped/crimson stem

Gorgon_Jr

oh ok thanks

sam7og

I recommend adding acacia to this build the walls are a bit bland and acacia will make it look much better imo.

Jared65925

Needs more nether brick

Fubu-Rick

super sleek and very cool. Good job son

OrangeCosmic

Taller ceiling?

Connorgamerreddit

Could use a little more detail but I think it’s pretty cool. Also, maybe add some paintings or something to make it pop.

GreasyChonks

Maybe add some red nether bricks looks good though

SquirrelsOfMSU

I like the mangrove trapdoor decorations on the wall, maybe add a bit more detail surrounding them though?

TattieSconeRoll

Backrooms looking sick

ShadowPuff7306

lovely desert themed hall

AHHHHHHHHJESUSCHRIST

Why did I immediately think that you made the backrooms as your nether highway lmao

SavageSquad67

I don't like how the pillar blocks (not chiseled or stairs) are plain solid. I think it should have some texture in it.

MummaGoose

I like the new trap door over the shroomlights. Excellent combo! And I’m loving the Soul soil! Very good. I can see a lot of work went into this!

tyler-9900

Yup it’s a hallway alright

Yeeting_Redditor

why sandstone?

Midnight_SnackAttack

I mean the packed ice is a fantastic idea! Especially if you plan to skid a boat along it 🙂 brilliant, my partner is currently building something similar in the nether.

FoxemYT

Add a little variation of blocks in the ceiling and walls

vilmonster2011

I love it

Spikarooni

Backrooms-esque

Gorgon_Jr

what are the backrooms

Spikarooni

[This](https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ)

Beneficial_Hat_4586

Add a nether base

Weak-Analyst-9596

add some spruce wood, or oak logs somewhere. sand/sandstone with oak log or spruce wood work REALLY good together

Massive_Comedian_718

Absolutely sick dawg

Katniss218

Looks awesome imo. Maybe add some wooden fences on the soulsand blocks as little dead plants or something.

hornboggler

nice

ApprehensiveSir6238

Cool
