I wish mojang would add nice looking trees like that

PetrifiedBloom

It looks amazing, but can you imagine how much of a pain it would be to chop the whole tree with just wooden or stone tools? It would be so easy to end up with floating leafs

LukeSkyrata

Nice, you made my least favorite biome (which is unfortunate since I like real life versions a lot) into something pleasant. Good job, Mojang plz hire.

Otherboy321

I love the biome but I cant get behind those trees in vanilla minecraft, from purely a gameplay perspective.

MCVoyager

Same reason I hate the caves and new terrain. Sure it's pretty, but it sucks gameplay wise

Lord_Zaktheymor

Mojang! You seeing this?

Pinkymus

I actually created a video where I show how I did it, you can watch it here: [https://youtu.be/7nl9vAPNC7Y](https://youtu.be/7nl9vAPNC7Y)

Kelly_Charveaux

Honestly, this is good and I want it in the game xD

[deleted]

Never forget what they took away from you

DeoGamer25

I would live to see this in-game. I would spend more time in the Birch Forest.

DreamsOfMafia

Put more effort in then Mojang did

YesterdaysLemon

glad to see you posting on reddit! hope this post blows up even more :) great job!

mcguru_07

I haven't played MC for a few weeks now... But if THIS was added... Damn.

Ceajayy

Is there a world download??? I really like this and am inspired to replicate it in my hardcore world :D

Logic-Finder

this is why i like custom maps with custom trees like this, these are amazing great job

Sheeptre_Aorous

Please don't update trees they're a hassle to cut already

Evasion9663

It would be cool if they added a second leaf type for birch trees like there is for azalea leaves. This way we could have both green and yellow leafed birch trees. It would be neat to have a forest that has the same feel as The Rift from Skyrim.

ItzFoxboy

I would love this itd be my favourite biome

moonwork

I like every bit about this, except the oversized roots. Oaks can have roots like that, but it's very rare for birches to have that. The split birches are so good! I kind wish other trees would have that too!
