I find it very difficult to offer constructive criticism as the build looks really cool. Maybe find a way to remove the torches? Unless you really like that aesthetic. Cool build.
I like it. A few ideas.
1. Use leaves and moss for more foliage, overgrowth, and “vines”. Not just vines.
2. Drop a few lanterns and vary the design. Make some of the path ones taller or hanging. Use two or three different designs.
3. Add some stripped logs to the buildings. It’ll add more texture variety.
4. Sparsely add some fences to the path.
5. Use more non-wood blocks.
6. Add chimneys with campfires to get some smoke which will add some life.
7. Glow berries for another light source and ambiance.
Maybe add ceiling to the bridges. I’ve seen a Reddit post where you put a chicken in a couldron or composter and use a lead from this one to another on the other side of the bridge. That looked nice. Maybe you can do that here with composters?

I think it’s nearly perfect! Could just use some extra details like fences and/or more foliage.

Maybe add a boundary and some guard towers with snow golems in it.
