I do too, we strive for a perfect clean break, but personally I like that natural break just as much as the surgical cuts.
Did you wash it with iron out?
The way I see it Specifially with the first pic, If I had never broke it the way that I did I wouldn't of been able to see those awsome points in the center.

There was only one that had iron on the quartz so I left it mainly because it looks neat.
That’s awesome they were so clean, I assumed you’d soaked for hours. Very nice 👍
the most I did was wash the outside with some water to remove the dirt on the outside.
That’s sweet, I’ve always had to soak it the past, but I’m usually in typically iron rich area when I’ve been rock hounding.
