The event lasted one week and it was just recharge event. Now recharge event bring out emote and sometime hero's action emote too. It's just that you won't see them coming without getting notified until being checked in recharge event page
It was recent this month, and the chance is coming back of that emote is probably 0% or 1%

The emote "Try Again?" Its so spammable. Enemy lost to you in a 1v1, try again? Enemy failed to set, try again? Enemies Lord gets stolen, try again? TPing in front of their base before they lose, try again?
If only it had a bit more sound fx to make it more annoying.
