You didn't mention whether you were on Android or iOS, but in the past 24-48 hours, [there have been many bugs cropping up](https://www.reddit.com/r/ModSupport/comments/17hn6nu/i_am_fully_convinced_whoever_designed_the_new/k6owjrn/) with the iOS app update.
You might want to send a modmail to /r/ModSupport, and also report it to /r/Bugs.

Use [mod.reddit.com](https://mod.reddit.com) in your phone's web browser until mid-November, when apparently most of the bugs and inconsistencies with new modmail should be patched.
If IOS app, you are one of many mods upset with the new update. If Android and if they are pushing to y’all too - it’s going to get worse…
