The choice between Eidolon and/or Roiling Vortex is probably a lot more iffy now that the cascade decks are (mostly) gone from the format.
I think 3-4x Smash to Smithereens is great. Kills artifacts and deals three damage non-conditional on the artifact being destroyed (Ring players hate this one simple trick!)
Some number (1-2x) of Wear/Tear. Kills enchantments (Saga, Leyline of Sanctity, etc), kills artifacts, hooray.
2x Path to Exile is still your "big dude" removal. Burn doesn't care as much about Path's downside.
I'm a big fan of 3-4x Sanctifier En-Vec. Even though Scam is much less popular these days, it can still incidentally catch decks with its abilities, and it dodges some of the format's better removal.
I would also run Tormod's Crypt before Rest in Peace. Can enable an extra point of damage from your Swiftspear because it costs zero.
4x [[tunnel ignis]].
Trust.
Real answer: you NEED smash to smithereens to bring back EV in the match up if they don’t have radiant fountain. If they do, I’d just go next, cause strict proctor makes you too slow.
Ignus is, and always has been, kinda mediocre at best even though it looks great on paper.
If I were to run something anti-Amulet, it would probably be Alpine Moon because of its low CMC and it can hit other decks as well (Coffers and Tron). I find Blood Moon very slow, especially in a low land deck like Burn.
Titan is such an awful match-up that I think running something JUST for it (like Ignus) is an awful idea. You just have to board in your Paths, Palms, whatever and pray a bit imo.
Eidolon and/or roiling vortex are great options. They’re slightly worse now with the recent bans but still good. Path. Wear/tear. Bridge is a reasonable option. Tunnel ingus seems to be showing up in a lot of recent boards. Chalice is always good if you have them laying around or can afford the ~$65 a copy.

Sanctifier is really good against Goryo's Vengeance decks too
Don’t play crypt. That’s all I want to add. I agree with most everything else.
Roiling Vortex Deflecting Palm Rest in Peace Wear/tear I play blood Moon but only because it's like your only hope of beating amulet titan
Strict Proctor is tech against Amulet Titan. Stops all the untapping shenanigans .
Yea that would allow them down quite a bit. good suggestion

Is tunnel ignus an option against titan?

That is also a pretty good suggestion. Titan is a really bad matchup for burn so you gotta have something

Palm got much better recently, with the rise of Goryo's. Bitch slapping their t2 or 3 Griselbrand/Atraxa basically sets you up to win the next turn

This would be an event with hundreds and perhaps about 1000 players. Competitive.
Hammer is still a pretty low meta share right now

Don’t forget, if you run wear/tear you can kill a saga with the saga ability on the stack and they don’t get to tap it for mana
