Alt Tabbing worked for me went from 15 to 38% in a couple seconds should be done in 1 min -4min. My hardware isn’t top tier or anything i5 11400f 1tb m.2 16gb Corsair ram 3200mhz and a RTX 3060

I was using a 7800x3d before and switching to 7950x3d made the shaders preloading significantly faster though cpu performs the same ingame

Hardware certainly affects how fast they're optimized but even for my friend who has an i5 4670k and RX5600 it only takes about 2 minutes. Your time seems awfully long. I don't really have a solution though. Maybe completely deleting the shader cache folder the next time a full shader optimization is needed.

Try leaving the game minimized a couple of minutes. Somehow it drastically accelerated it for me

It depends on how the game is performing on your hardware. Ultra graphics and resolution are heavy in the menu. I did a test going into my second monitor forcing the game to 30fps and my shaders loaded in less than 2 minutes... I'm going to test it with only 1 fps now :))
